Product description
This custom stepped shaft is machined from solid stainless steel bar stock. Different outer diameter sections are formed in one CNC turning cycle, followed by precision cylindrical grinding to achieve excellent straightness and surface smoothness. Shoulder steps are designed for positioning and assembly limit. Tiny locking holes or flat cuts can be added according to customer drawings.
At Chenrong Precision, raw material certificates are verified before machining. Our turning and grinding workshop controls runout strictly for multi-step features. After machining, we perform deburring, ultrasonic cleaning and full dimensional inspection.
