This precision sheet metal chassis frame is custom manufactured for electronic device mounting and enclosure applications. Made of high‑quality SPCC cold rolled steel as standard option, stainless steel is available for higher corrosion‑resistance requirement. It undergoes laser cutting, CNC bending, punching, deburring and corresponding surface treatment to achieve stable mechanical strength and anti‑corrosion performance.
Multiple pre‑designed cutouts and perforated ventilation holes are reserved on the frame for cable routing, heat dissipation and port installation. Rubber shock‑absorbing pads are pre‑assembled on mounting positions to reduce vibration and protect internal components.
